Job Descriptions

• Provide IT technical support to shops (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Perform IT service operations in office, including PC desktop, laptop, iMac, iPad, printer and computer peripherals etc.
• Provide assistance on management and monitoring of IT system, network equipment, server and facilities setup, installation and configuration, maintenance, service monitoring and security patch management
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Creating policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data
• Overseeing the data warehouse, including the collection and utilization of all data
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security

Requirements

• Holder of Certificate, Diploma or above in Computing, Information System or related disciplines
• 1 year hands-on experience in computer hardware & software problem diagnostic and troubleshooting
• Familiar with POS system
• A technical, logical thought process
• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good command in Cantonese, English, basic Japanese would be very welcome
• Loving teamwork
