Job Descriptions:

• Management of the setup and on-going support of Wi-Fi service
• Handling of new requests and problems reported by end-users on the use of IT equipment and services
• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and services
• Management of IT equipment and maintenance of inventory records
• Coordination and management of site preparation, office relocation and new office establishment

Job Requirements:

• Secondary Graduate, Diploma Holder in computer science or information technology
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Experience in Wi-Fi or network support will be an advantage
• Experience in project co-ordination is a plus
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good team player with highly self-motivated, multi-task oriented
