• Provide IT support and maintenance services to clients
• Provide technical support for software application deployment
• Setup and problem solving on software, hardware and network infrastructure of linux system. 
• Testing and support on various cloud services and related technology 
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by management

• Diploma / Degree in Computer / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline
• Solid understand of Linux OS, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, Bash shell script and various email server software.  
• Knowledge of virtualization and container software in Linux (e.g. KVM and Docker) 
• Willing to learn, team player with good communication skills
• Self-motivated and hardworking with interest in latest technologies
• Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
• Fresh graduates and entry level candidates are welcome
• Candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Technical Support Officer
