Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking
THREE caliber candidates as a Helpdesk Support for
our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site incentory check in two major buildings
- Engage in Win10 migration project
- Serve end users use Win7
- General IT support, i.e. breakfix, handle ticketing bottle, troubleshooting, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Helpdesk experience is an advantage
- Good in Mandarin and English
- Good communication skills
- 1-2 yrs experience in IT industry, or Win7 / Win10 migration experience
- Immediate available would be an advantage
