Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking THREE caliber candidates as a Helpdesk Support  for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site incentory check in two major buildings
  • Engage in Win10 migration project
  • Serve end users use Win7
  • General IT support, i.e. breakfix, handle ticketing bottle, troubleshooting, etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Helpdesk experience is an advantage
  • Good in Mandarin and  English
  • Good communication skills
  • 1-2 yrs experience in IT industry, or Win7 / Win10 migration experience
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
