Our client, a Manufacturing & Trading company, is looking for a IT Manager for business development with the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT / Information technology / computer science related disciplines
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in IT Management
• Experience gained in Manufacturing / Production industry is preferable
• Hands-on experience in IT project management
• Solid experience in vendor management, infrastructure, software implementation and maintenance projects
• Strong in analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical direction and mentoring to the IT team
• Managing work group activities and ensuring that the business requirements and design specifications are met for all projects and enhancements
• Communicating project status and coordination of IT improvements 
• Implement upgrades and new network infrastructure at local or overseas factories. Deployment of system changes and assist in IT project activities
• Occasional Travel abroad to conduct system training /setup enhancement and IT auditing
• Provide backup and disaster recovery support and developing new solution to adapt new change/challenge.
