We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer for a senior role in a fintech (virtual bank).

Senior Manager, Quality Assurance (Fintech)

• Design and plan testing conditions, test scripts and test data sets during the service design stage of the service lifecycle, to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
• Formulate and drive complete UAT test strategy, UAT test plan, and UAT acceptance criteria
• Allocate and oversee test resources, ensuring that test policies and adhered to.
• Test new software to ensure integration into bank systems meets functional requirement, system compliance, and technical specifications, and is fit for user acceptance test (UAT).
• Provide management reporting on test progress, test outcomes, success rates, issues and risks

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience who has strong exposure to end-to-end testing & business practices.
• Experience as a QA lead in leading/managing end to end testing activities
• Strong experience as UAT test lead with ability to formulate and effective UAT test strategy in a complex environment with multiple platforms
• Experience working in an Agile environment with multiple scrum teams.
• Knowledge of software testing best practices and methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing tools for test automation and management
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
