Main duties:

• First phase is to assist Implementing a FlexSystem and; afterwards maintaining it in a medium-size computer networks;
  Maintain and update information in FlexSystem and able to modify reports by FION Tools or Report Writer
• Co-ordinate with other departments to create/revise the report formats
• Preparing regular reports for management
• Prepare periodicaging reports
  Participate in ad hoc assignments or projects

Requirements:

• Form7/DSE or above, LCC intermediate or above
• Practical experience with Flex Accounts is preferred,
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word), Microsoft Dynamics AX and basic Chinese word processing
• Solid experience in accounting is an advantage
• Short Notice Available is preferred
