Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical support to Sales & Marketing during project cycle: from prototyping to products delivery and throughout deployment.
• Support customers in the integration of company products and solutions, from the early steps of the project up to its final validation.
• Be the technical representative towards customers for product integration.

Requirements

• Holder of an Engineer higher diploma/ degree in Electronics or Computer sciences.
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Junior Application Engineer.
• Comfortable to work with innovative technology in both hardware and software development environment:
  • Good knowledge of several technologies based on electronics, protocols and software,
  • Computer language: C, Java, C#, Python, LUA
  • Development experience on Linux is a plus,
  • Test, Spy & Analysis tools (oscilloscope, sniffer, etc.),
• Willing to work in an international context, IANG welcomed.

System Engineer (In-house) 

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administration and support on computer systems, servers and networks including routine network maintenance and backup.
• Perform equipment and systems installation and configuration.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems health status, network performance and security control.
• Support in IT projects, such as servers & infrastructure upgrade and migration.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or computing related disciplines with experience in system support and administration.
• Good knowledge in routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Wi-Fi access point, WAN, VPN gateway and system monitoring.
• Hands-on experience in administrating Windows Server, Linux, Exchange Server, Active Directory, DHS/DHCP, VM Ware, MS Products.
• Holder of professional certificates (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, MCITP) is welcome.

Field Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide back-end support and system administration for office system and servers
• Responsible for onsite server hardware replacement and maintenance support
• Install server and configuration (Hardware and software)
• Network and infrastructure setup and support
• Knowledge of TAPE drive is a plus  

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with server hardware replacement, Microsoft Windows / Exchange Server administration and support
• Certificate holder of MCTS/ MCITP/CCNA preferable
• Basic knowledge in Cisco Routers / Switches is a plus
