Job Description

1. Ensure quality IT services are delivered to support day-to-day business workflow
2. Provide first level end user support for IT equipment and software to ensure the business operations are unaffected
3. Provide administration and manage monitoring on systems, infrastructure and network equipment
4. Ensure appropriate practices are applied and the IT environment has followed the guideline in IT policy
5. Oversee IT inventory, including equipment, software and vendor services
6. Monitor the health of IT environment to ensure providing an efficient and consistent service to end users
7. Advise management on IT equipment replacement or upgrade
8. Involved in different IT projects, such as mobile payment and C-RAF by completing tasks assigned by IT Manager

 Requirements

• With bachelor degree in information technology or related discipline
• Over 3 years of related experience 
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, infrastructure, network administration and network installation
• Possess good business acumen & analytical mind, be innovative and a team player
• Well-versed in MS Office
• Those with more experience can be considered for Assistant Manager
