Job Duties:

• Draft & develop BTL marketing materials for products/campaigns (e.g. product brochure, promo flyers) for distribution channels;
  
• Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for the production of marketing materials;
• Callobrate with internal teams to the review of marketing materials;
  
• Draft, develop and produce internal and external communication materials (e.g. speeches, eDM)
  
• Organise and execute CSR activities;
  
• Review and update content of corporate website/internal systems and perform UAT where necessary;
  
• Support ad hoc projects/duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations/Journalism;
  
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in product marketing or corporate communications, preferably in insurance or banking industries;
  
• Mature, self-reliant, attentive to details, willing to take responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
  
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese. Excellent writing skill is an advantage;
  
• Organised, good time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines;
  
• A good team player and able to communicate with people from all levels;
  
• Good PC skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
