Responsibilities:

• Handle all classes of general insurance claims in accordance with the terms and conditions in the insurance policy
• Handle claims inquiries and prepare all claim related documents accurately
• Prepare claims related reports and set up claim reserve with assigned authorities
• Ensure all claims are proceed in a timely, accurate and effective manner
• Supervise the team to provide quality claims service and ensure all claims are settled in compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in handling general insurance claim
• Professional qualification in General Insurance field such as ANZIIF and ACII
• ŸGood communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills with analytical thinking
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
