We are offering a high-caliber candidate to join our Global Corporate & Commercial as Senior Manager or Manager, Casualty. The successful candidate will be given an unique opportunity to expose other Asia market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of casualty products
• Implement business strategy and development plan to achieve objectives of profitable growth in Asia
• Maintain and develop business relationships with producers
• Promote GC&C capability and value propositions
• Coach and build up technical capability of underwriters in our Asian operation

 To qualify, individuals should possess the following qualification or attributes:

• Higher Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management, Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification
• Minimum 7 years solid Casualty underwriting experience particularly specializing in products liability
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong servicing mindset and interpersonal skills
• Work independently but team player is a must
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably in both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willingness to travel or accept short-term overseas assignment
