Job Description:

Handle general insurance claims in compliance with company instruction, including but not limited to the following:

•Coordinate the process

•Collect and examine claims documents

•Undertake claims investigation and site survey（in and out of HKSAR）

•Negotiate with relevant parties

•Evaluate loss amount and make payment recommendations

•Prepare claims reports and carry out claims settlement

•Conduct subrogation process if necessary

•Conduct claims data analysis if necessary

Requirements:

•Integrity;

•Bachelor’s degree or above, diploma in Insurance, Law, Engineering, Trade, or with knowledge of Medical Science will be an advantage ;

•At least 2 years’ experience in general insurance, claims experience will be an advantage;

•Professional qualifications (i.e. ACII or ANZIIF etc.) will be an advantage;

•Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills;

•Mature and able to work well independently and with others;

•Good command of both written and spoken English, as well as Cantonese and Mandarin.
