Major Responsibilities

• Responsible entire business process from maintaining operation standard procedures, initiative to find business improvements and development of new routing;
• Maintain good relationship with overseas partners and VIP accounts
• Prospecting sales through effective sales to maximize revenue;
• Provide excellent customer services for our mission of customer satisfaction;
• To supervise the daily operations of the customer service team
• To Monitor and control the guard service for on site pick up and delivery
• Recruitment, training and project management

Qualifications

• At least 5 years related working experience mainly in air freight with 3 years management level;
• Experience in developing overseas partner, opening branch and process administrative experience is an definitely advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in using MS Office application.
• Knowledge of custom clearance ATA carnet and temporary import Bond is preferable
• Experience in air-freight shipment especially the valuable cargo is a plus
