Job responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage the merchandising teams to achieve business objectives;
• Establish, maintain and expand relationships with suppliers and clients;
• Provide coaching and support to team members in terms of communication and general performance;
• Standardize merchandising workflow in order to ensure smooth and accurate order placement and meet quality requirements;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job requirements:-

• Degree in Business or relevant disciplines;
• 10 years of merchandising management experience preferably in luxury goods or fashion industry;
• Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Excellent people management, leadership and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented;
• Station in Philippines factory;
• Frequent travel to Southeast Asia and US;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
