Job Responsibilities:

• Review the orders status in system daily.
• Support Supply Planning Team's expedite report.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with internal customer and suppliers on re-scheduling activities.  
• Prepare capacity files for key suppliers to ensure supply reliability.
• Manage data maintenance in system.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

• HKDSE/Form 5 or above.
• At least 3 years practical experience in Supply Planning operation.
• Working experience in buying office will be an advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, hardworking, independent, detail-oriented and stable.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
