Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis on the production activities, usage of resources and control wastage
• Maximize the utilization of resources on (manpower, raw materials, inventory and machinery) by reviewing the production data and order fulfillment requirements
• Co-ordinate different teams in the supply chain and production to deliver and implement solutions in master scheduling, production capacity and material management
• Monitor the raw materials ordering and utilization. Liaise closely with purchasing and sales team to follow up purchase order, material authorization and production schedule. Control wastage and minimize inventory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma holder in related disciplines
• 6-8 years of supply chain experience, preferably in Food Industry
• Hands on experiences in working on Sourcing, Purchasing and Demand Planning projects
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Superior analytical skills and excellent strategic thinking and planning
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Working location : Tai Po Industrial
