• We are looking for  MERCHANDISING & PRODUCTION MANAGER  – with details as follows :

• Report to COO
• Lead and manage the Commerce Division and QA team to achieve business objectives;
• Carry out product risk assessment, ensure product quality & safety
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
• Solve factory issues , production issues or any similar cases on behalf of the company
• Provide support in data analysis, product sourcing and order processing;
• Execute QA projects under quality strategy as per agreed timeline to deliver consistent quality
• Work with Commerce Division on order status ( production issues , on-time delivery , OEM projects , working with factories solving issues , making weekly report on all orders of the teams )
• Liaise with all departments ( Commerce Division , Sales , QA , Testing ) on orders/project to streamline process to report to COO .
• Responsible for the full management of a Commerce Division and QA function in both of China and off-shore factories
• Degree in Business or relevant disciplines;
• 5 years or above supervisory experience in HANDBAG MANUFACTURING industry, with proven track record
• Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Experience in offshore factories is highly prefer
• Strong leadership and management skill  
• Frequent trips to Bangladesh and Cambodia;
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
