The successful and dynamic individual will be responsible to:

• Solicit orders and sell the entire Premium Brands product line
• Present effectively to accounts as well as provide sales coverage, and develop the best possible market penetration for all products to existing and target accounts. 
• Own the national territory and serve as primary contact for national sales representatives for the Winfun brands.
• Establish new channels of distribution.  
• Carry out merchandising and marketing programs.  Develop sales forecasts.  Maintain and update customer database and prepare/submit call reports. 
• Provide support and management to direct reports and brand ambassadors.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs and trade shows. 
• Provide information to customers on new and current products, back orders, general order status, current pricing structure, company policy changes and anticipate their future demands. 
• Communicate and work closely with customer service regarding daily account maintenance and National Sales Representatives regarding strategy, product availability, and policy changes.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing
• At least 6 years relevant working experience in toys industry is a must
• Responsible, well organized, detail-minded and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Computer literate, hand-on MS Office skills
