The Job

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team, responsible for Value-added Services (VAS). It is a dynamic opportunity for an all rounded marketer to work for a brand which is striving for differentiation and continual growth.  Major job duties include:

• Partner with the team to identify, develop & implement new VAS initiatives base on customer needs, to benefit customers
• Formulate and execute effective digital customer communications for running in-base VAS upsell campaign
• Handle program performance tracking & reports, collect market intelligence
• Provide advice to frontline to handle customer feedback
• Work & co-ordinate with internal cross team to ensure smooth marketing operation
• Participate other ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Person

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2 years working experience in consumer marketing, preferably gained in telecommunication / banking / FMCG industry
• Self-motivated, attentive to details, enjoy team works
• Proficiency in MS applications especially on Powerpoint & Excel is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
