Responsibilities:

• Provide support to whole CRM and responsible for membership administration and operation
• Responsible for membership registration and keep the CRM database up-to–date
• Prepare CRM related reports for data analysis
• Assist in conducting market survey and manage feedback to get customer insight that support the loyalty program
• Analyze customer profiles, trends and identify potential marketing opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related discipline
• 1-2 years’ experience in CRM/Membership Management is preferred
• Experience in luxury retail industry will be an advantage
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to manage database
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
