Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support the local office in business development, sales and marketing opportunities across the company
- Drive sales revenue, develop new business and engage local and regional customers;
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to maximize business development opportunities, increase market share and create value-added solutions & services for customers
- To manage customer needs, project planning & implementation, day-to-day operational matters and any emergency service requests;
- Analyze market trends, determine current needs and recommend value-added solutions & services for clients;
- Analyze and compile required reports to corporate customers;
- Plan and coordinate training programs, promotion and communication activities in accordance with both regional and local needs;
- To explore and expand business opportunities with existing local or regional accounts in Hong Kong for cross-selling and up-selling;
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction with effective customer engagement and customer relationship management together with the regional teams;
- Oversees payment/billing matters and related issue for customers;
- Manage full sales process from lead generation to contract signature and customer servicing; and
- Perform other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by the Managing Director / Regional Manager of Hong Kong.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, Psychology or other related fields
- With at least 5-year working experience, preferable with business development experience in corporate environment
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, professional integrity
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge in Learning & Coaching / Employee Benefits will be an advantage but not a must
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Business Development Executive.
