Job Description

• Assist in workshops and exhibitions, occasional outdoor / overseas job assignment
• Co-ordinate with Sales team for demonstration and promotion of products
• Communicate with suppliers relating to product, pricing and operational issues
• Create and maintain marketing activities through social media and digital campaigns
• Initiate mailing promotion program
• Handle quotations, invitation to quote and assist in the preparation of tender documents
• Compile product information into catalogues, handouts and powerpoints for presentation use
• Filing of documents, maintain adequate supply of catalogues and sales tools etc
• Handle product listing and registration both in HK and China
• Follow up business development in China and SE Asian countries – quotation, contracts and repair requests
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Skills & Requirements

• Degree holders preferably in Biology or Science/Biomedical/Paramedical or related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Well organized, hardworking, with a strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Able to work under pressure with good time management and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English
