RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop & execute go-to-market strategies and tactics for product launches to achieve company objectives and business growth
• Review product specifications and requirements; work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement go-to-market activities across B2B and B2C segments
• Responsible for inventory monitoring and order planning, handle procurement process
• Manage and handle the production of sales tools, marketing materials and collaterals
• Manage digital and social media platforms (e.g. website, sales app, Facebook, Instagram)
• Assess stylists’ and customers’ needs by on-going visits to customers and specifying the research needed to obtain market information
• Collect marketing information, competitors’ activities and market trends
• Conduct pricing analysis
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline;
• Proven 3-5 years of work experience in marketing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS office( Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
• Positive, well-organized, detail-minded, good interpersonal skills and ability to handle multi-tasks
• Highly-motivated and a good team player
• Keen to keep learning professional hairdressing product knowledge and service techniques
• Knowledge on digital marketing and social media will be advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
