An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Executive to join our Company in a medical device team. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the co-ordination of marketing projects in close collaboration with APAC Regional and Country Marketing teams
• Manage the coordination of finance, legal, ethics & compliance approvals and payments under the direction of management
• Manage relevant third-party vendor relationships
• Coordinate internal and external meeting and events
• Arrange and make notifications of appointments and travel reservations
• Prepare and co-ordinate regional correspondence and memoranda with leadership
• Assemble and analyze information, reports, and assist the directors in preparing presentations

Requirements

• Degree’s Holder with 5 years’ experience working in a regional environment
• Structured and highly organized thinker with strong administrate abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, other Asian languages are an advantage however not mandatory
• Strong working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
