Responsibilities:

• Provide support to full spectrum of HR & Administration functions including recruitment , payroll & MPF, compensation & benefits, training and office administration
• Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with related local ordinances
• Assists in HR and Administration policies and procedures development
• Assist in organizing staff activities and company events
• Maintain and update staff record & leave record in HRIS and filing system
• Coordinate employee relations and staff training activities
• Prepare monthly HR reports and ad hoc reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• 3-5 years solid experience in HR and Administration generalist functions in a sizable organizations
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Well verse with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and related legislation
• Proficiency in EXCEL and MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
