An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Sales Representative to join Abbott Vascular.  The position is accountable for the promotion and sales of our innovative product portfolio including a number of market-leading products.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and service to support development of proposed forecast
• Implement product sales strategies to ensure sales goals and targets are achieved.
• Utilize technical skills to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets achieved through clinical support and service
• Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business.
• Develop and communicate daily, weekly & monthly plans, results and market intelligence
• Attend marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, booth and trade displays as required.
• Conduct video showings/slide presentations/in-service/trials/market research and advocate speaker meetings with customer base as required.
• Develop training to sales team and medical professional
• Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role for pharmaceuticals, clinical or medical devices
• Responds quickly & being proactive
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
• Demonstrated history of over-achieving sales targets
• Ability to quickly absorb clinical information
