Job Description:

• Plan and make logistic arrangements for hospital wide accreditation such as JCI, Department of Health or any other accreditation body designated by the hospital
• Collaborates with clinical staff, department managers and customer service on quality / performance improvement issues
• Represents the hospital as liaison with local authorities, accreditation body and representatives and other consultants as needed.
• Collaborates with clinical staff, department managers and customer service on quality / performance improvement issues.
• Assists with the Customer Service Report by tracking/trending results of surveys and channeling the results to Medical Staff, Financial, Operations, Marketing and Staff

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of healthcare management is required. Masters of Healthcare Management (MHA) is preferred
• Current CPHQ (Certified Professional Healthcare Quality) is preferred
• Five years of clinical experience and/or demonstration of leadership and supervision skills.
• Additional years of management experience related to clinical areas are required
• Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills
