Requirements

• Diploma holderor above in Purchasing / Merchandising or related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in Purchasing Industry, cosmetic field preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office operation, including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations including sourcing, costing, price negotiation and sampling
• Measures and monitors supplier performance and capability in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions, provide coaching to suppliers and reporting on metrics
• Assist in operational support including inventory control, quality control, product development and warehouse management
• Participating in ad hoc duties assigned
