As part of the Sales Team, you are responsible for:

• Procurement administration and logistics including all inventory management and order placing;
• Vendor management and coordinating with warehouse, subordinating Product Team in expediting stock from Supplier and communicating with Sales Team;
• Other related reporting and updating activities, and clerical supporting activities.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above, preferably in supply chain related subject;
• 1-2 year relevant experience in procurement and clerical support;
• Mature, work independent, good communication and negotiation skills;
• Excellent in MS Office;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
