We are looking for PURCHASING & SALES OPERATION OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Post secondary education is preferable
- 5 to 8 years working experience in WATCH
- Experience in watch brand owner is a plus
- Experience in procurement is a plus
- Experience in order processing
- Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Report to the General Manager of HK office
- Responsible for both procurement & order processing activities
- Data entry into Company system to update procurement & order status
- Issue purchase orders and follow up
- Order processing between vendor factories & European headquarters
- Coordinate with vendor factories and European headquarters
- Monitor order status to meet delivery deadline
- Work independently with no direct subordinates
- 5 days work

13 months salary + performance bonus
