Responsibilities

• Statutory compliance of group companies
• Maintain and update statutory records/database/filing system
• Arrangement for board, committee, shareholders meeting and preparation of minutes
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with Main Board Listing requirements and other statutory laws and regulations
• Announcement/circular and inter/annual report preparation
• Assist in ad hoc corporate projects

 Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder with knowledge in Company Secretarial duties
• At least 3-5 years working experience in relation to company secretarial field
• Student member of HKICS/ICSA preferred
• Details oriented and able to work independently, initiative and energetic
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
