Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling company secretarial duties and related work for our listed companies and subsidiaries under the supervision of the Company Secretary
• Maintain and update company secretarial records, registers and statutory filings systematically
• Handle compliance issues in order to meet the standard on corporate governance and other statutory and regulatory requirements in all the relevant jurisdictions
• Organize board / shareholders meetings and prepare annual / interim reports, announcements and circulars…etc

Requirements:

• Degree in Corporate Governance or related discipline
• Associate member of ICSA or HKICS is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferably in or related to listed companies
• Knowledge of Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other regulatory requirements
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
