Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support;
• Assist the legal and company secretarial department to provide support in drafting, filling and preparing legal and company secretarial documents;
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal memorandum, proof-reading and translating documents;
• Assist Company Secretary in handling secretarial duties, including preparing board minutes, statutory forms, annual / interim reports, announcements, circulars and SFO filings;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Degree holder in business or related discipline;
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in finance field;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Solid experience in HK listed company is an advantage;
• Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent in Chinese Word Processing is a MUST and proficient in PC applications.
