Responsibilities

• Assist in handling full range of company secretarial duties in compliance with the relevant statutory and regulation requirements
• Maintain and update statutory records and proper filings
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• Student member of ICSA/HKICS is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of practical company secretarial experience in handling listed company secretarial duties and be able to handle routine company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and offshore companies
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliance requirements
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant role
