Job Description

Degree or Diploma Holder of Engineering such as Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc;

Minimum 4 years of practical building maintenance experience preferably in consultant firms or property management companies;

Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation handling, etc.;

Holder of Safety Card, Safety Supervisor Certificate and Registered Minor Works Contractor (Class II) Certificate will be an advantage;

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer.
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, paternity leave, full attendance leave, new born baby allowance, training allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
