Job Description
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to assist in the management of a portfolio of residential/ commercial/car park properties. Duties include the enhancement and assurance of staff performance and service standards, provision of quality property management services with prompt response, tenancy administration, coordination with various departments to ensure building facilities are in good order, preparation of budgets, cost control, liaison with clients and to ensure strictest compliance of DMC, BMO and management agreements. He/she will attend O.C. / I.O.C. meetings and follow up requirements of owners and clients. Particularly, the successful candidate shall:
- Oversee a portfolio of properties
- Supervise site managers and management teams to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare financial and relevant reports & projects for running management functions and ensure it is in line with annual budgets
- Conversant with BMO, DMC and Landlord and Tenant Ordinance
Requirements:
- University graduates in Property Management / Housing Management / Hospitality or related disciplines with membership(s) of CIH, HKIH and qualification preferably as RPHM
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in which 8 years at managerial level and proven track record in overall management of sizable property management teams in residential properties
- Experience in taking over new developments from developer and serving corporate clients is definitely an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, embracing changes, proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong leadership, effective problem solving, crisis and emergencies handling ability. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin is required
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
