Job Description
Requirements
- Form 7 or above and diploma in property management or above;
- Proficient in both written & spoken English is required;
- At least 2 years experiences in customer servicing or property management;
- Knowledge in tendering and contracting are preferred;
- Experience in handling tenants' complaint is a MUST;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing is an asset;
- Responsible, self-motivated, honest and able to work independently;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Customer Service Assistant
We offer Salary of HK$16.5K-$19K (depends on experience) and competitive remuneration package to right candidate.
