Job Duties:

• Conduct marketing research, analyze data and monitor property income and expenses
• Liaise with prospective tenants, real estate agents for marketing and leasing promotion
• Negotiate with potential and existing tenants for new lease and tenancy renewal issues
• Handle full range of leasing administration works and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenancy administration, daily property management issues and etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Real Estate Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property field with leasing experience
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Experience in handling leasing matters of industrial buildings is an advantage
• Working experience with property developers is an advantage
