Established in 2009, Hong Kong Green Building Council (“the Council”) is the leading body, co-founded by four major construction industry and environmental organisations, driving the market transformation towards green and sustainable buildings in Hong Kong through engagement with the industry, the government and broader community.

HKGBC is expanding its secretariat team in line with its positioning as Hong Kong's leading member-based body dedicated to green building development, with opening for the post of Executive – Green Labelling:

Key roles: 

• Maintain registry and support different initiatives for BEAM practitioners;
• Assist in website revamp project and maintain various websites of the Green Labelling team:

          -       BEAM Practitioners website - https://practitioner.hkgbc.org.hk/

          -       BEAM Plus Project directory - https://www.hkgbc.org.hk/eng/BEAMPlusDirectory.aspx

• Update BEAM Plus database and perform data analytics for reporting and training purposes;
• Handle BEAM Plus certification matters;
• Provide secretariat support to task forces and Green Labelling committee;
• Handle event logistics of CPD training for BEAM practitioners.

 Requirements: 

• A good university degree, preferably in the field of environmental studies or related disciplines;
• Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience (Fresh graduates would also be considered);
• Be versatile and proactive, with a strong drive to learn new skills and a passion to work in the field of green building;
• Prior knowledge in website management and MS Power BI or data visualization tools would be an asset;
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel), ideally with basic knowledge in database management;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
