Job Description

The incumbent will work as Project Coordinator for 2019 Orbis's Mid-Autumn Booth Sale. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead, motivate and enlist volunteer fundraisers, with the goal of achieving fundraising target
  2. Manage the logistics and manpower arrangement of the booths
  3. Coordinate with the management office at the fundraising venues
  4. Handle requests from donors, and deal with unexpected incidents that may occur at the venues
  5. Work period: July 27, 2019- September 1, 2019
  6. Work hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., 4 days a week, work on weekends and weekdays

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A self-starter, responsible and outgoing
  • A good team leader.
  • Experience in organizing activities and event management a plus
  • Caring and passionate about helping those in need
  • Willing to work long hours in outdoor setting while keeping a positive attitude
