Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling assigned accounts and explore new channels for business development
• Assist in developing business plan and sales & pricing strategies to ensure achievement of company goals
• Collect market data to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for business growth
• Plan, initiate and implement sales & promotional activities and evaluate the effectiveness
• Provide after-sales services, follow up on customer enquiry and complaint
• Work closely with internal parties on sales and inventory forecasts, sales orders delivery and credit control
• Prepare regular sales performance and market analysis report, and participate in ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with at least 5 years’ key account servicing experience in food service industry
• Customer-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
• Detail-minded and willing to take up challenges
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
