Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing/ Public Relations or related discipline
• 6 years related work experience in which at least 4 years’ experience in multi customers account management (sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience)
• USA & Kids garment exposure are a strong plus
• Strong Fashion sense
• Start-up spirit, flexible, multi tasks (from strategic to operational tasks), able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a good listener and presenter
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
• A team player & adapt to work in multi-culture environment

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customers and company
• Visit customers on regular basis to develop a complete understanding of their needs & grow the business.
• Anticipate key account changes and improvements
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
• Work with relevant counterparts like design, Quality, Merchandising, logistic teams, etc. to ensure the highest quality of products & services to customers at both development & production stages.
• Negotiate and follow up on sales order with customers (PO & samples management in liaise with merchandising team)
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust (claim management, short shipment, delay…)
