Job Description

REPORTS TO: Managing Director APAC

SUMMARY: The Customer & Operation Executive is responsible for providing world-class service both to distributors and retailers in the region and to all internal stakeholders.

The primary focus of the role is to maximize the quality and the efficiency of Customer Service in the region and taking care/optimize product supply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high quality customer service for B2B and B2C customers in APAC to ensure highest customer satisfaction: Handling customer enquiries, complaints and goods returns
  • Coordinate product supply to sustain adequate product availability
  • Manage internal sales activity: Providing quotes, product information and marketing information and process orders and shipping arrangements
  • Coordinate inventory planning based on historical sales data and forecasts
  • Monitoring order status closely and resolving problems proactively and effectively
  • Support Sales Manager APAC and team and document business activities 
  • Align sales and marketing activities with global team and external stakeholders
  • Create sales and activity reports and participate in special projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or above in Business, Logistics or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service and inside sales within international business environment
  • Experience in handling both B2B and B2C customers in consumer electronics is highly preferable
  • Experience in logistics an advantage
  • Strong understandings on international trade and shipping
  • Detail-minded and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
  • Positive-thinking and always supportive
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint: familiarity with NetSuite, or other CRM application an asset
  • Positive thinking and mature with excellent communication skill
