職責: 

1、  推廣公司旗下所有樓盤(包括珠海)，爲客户提供高質素房產咨詢服務；
2、  開發新客戶渠道，與銷售團隊達成公司既定的銷售目標；
3、  處理合約及相關文件工作，協助客戶完成購置流程；
4、  與客戶建立良好關係，提供專業的代理服務和售後服務。

要求:

1、  具3年或以上地產/金融/保險/奢侈品銷售等相關工作經驗，有房地產相關工作經驗者優先
2、  具有良好的溝通和人際關係技巧，有責任心、自律、做事靈活變通及能承受壓力；
3、  有良好的中英文讀寫能力，普通話流利者優先。

註: 應徵銷售主管者需要有房地產銷售團隊管理經驗

Responsibilities:

1. Promote all the properties of the company to provide high quality real estate consulting services to customers;
2. Develop new customer channels and reach the company's established sales targets with the sales team;
3. Handling contracts and related documents to assist customers in completing the acquisition process;
4. Establish good relationships with customers and provide professional agency services and after-sales services.

Requirements:

1. With 3 year or above of relevant work experience in real estate/finance/insurance/luxury sales, real estate related work experience is preferred

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, be responsible, self-disciplined, flexible, and able to withstand stress;

3, Good literacy skills in both Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
