Main Responsibilities:           

-          Provide case management support on medical insurance applications

-          Support in daily operations including handling enquiries and follow-ups on customers’ service requirement

-          Ensure information and application documents are in order

-          Liaise with clients from different levels, including insurers, corporate clients and individual members

-          Prepare various reports and other related documents

-          Assist in any ad hoc project as required 

Requirements:

-          F.5 or above/Graduate of VTC’s Professional Diploma in Insurance

-          At least 1 year experience in the insurance industry

-          Possessing IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualification is a MUST

-          Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin

-          Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills

-          Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and able to work independently
