JOB RESPONSIBITY:

• Provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial support to management teams
• Schedule business appointments and manage daily calendar for CEO
• Coordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
• Arrange and manage the meeting schedules, hotel and flight booking of management in an effective manner
• Participate in sales projects and marketing activities
• Frequent direct communication with corporate customers
• Arrange for management meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses
• Support BRC department on settlement
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• High Diploma / Degree in Business / Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary with sales support duties to management
• With experiences working in SME will be beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive personality, efficient, responsible, well-organised, and able to work under pressue
• With good attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in sales administration / accounting support or marketing is an advantage
