Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in High Jewelry team VIP presentation and proposals
- Source and develop new clients/referrals
- Ensure best VIP customer experience along customer journey including sales presentation, styling arrangement and after-sales service
- Participate in both local and international sales events, including but not limited to VIP lunch/dinner and visits
- Regular updates on market trends, competitor analysis and sales tools updates

Profile:
- Experience in High Jewelry/VIP sales will be ideal
- Exposure in Luxury Retail/Hospitality will be an advantage
- Organized, independent and detail-oriented will be critical, with customer driven mindset
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
