Job title: CRM Specialist
Working location: Hong Kong
Job title: CRM Specialist for LA PERLA Hong Kong Stores; Report to retail manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit VIP.
Work closely with PR Department and Digital Marketing Department to develop & implement CRM action plan to build database and facilitate recruitment of VIP customers.
2. Existing VIP database analysis and customer-driven campaigns.
Work closely with Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and Retail Manager on customer data analysis, come up with customer-driven campaigns to achieve higher customer life value and other CRM KPIs.
3. Personalize the customer service.
Be the leader to realize the whole single–customer view crossing all platforms and personalization, i.e. based on massive in-depth analysis of customers, personalize the offers and content them.
4. Achieve monthly individual VIP target and help store to achieve Store VIP target set by company.
5. Build store mystery shopper system and improve store mystery shopper result.
6. Prepare regular reports in regards of customer relation matters.
Skills & Experience
ü Fluent in English and in the language of country of reference
ü Good at VIP networking build up and maintenance
ü IT knowledge and application, good at Excel
ü Elegant (good looking, well cared figure, no mark (tattoo,...), well-balanced body language)
ü Sales experience of luxury Brands (sales technique, knowledge for the sector in terms of customers and needs)
ü Excellent relation skills ( empathy, communication, good speech skill, pragmatism)
ü Good skills to work for targets (KPI’s, in quantity and quality)
ü Product knowledge (materials, wearability, functionality; respect of company’s guidelines in display, presentation to the client, management)
ü Service oriented (taking care of others’ need, motivation is to satisfy client’s need, patience)
ü Knowledge of stock rotation and inventory management
ü Planning
