Job Description
You will work in a fascinating field as part of a motivated, dynamic team, within the world of fashion, jewelry and accessories. As an expert in Swarovski products, you will advise customers on their purchases and offer polite, attentive service. You will receive rewarding remuneration package including 13.5 months' annual salary and 17 days' public holiday per year.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Alongside a
dependable, friendly manner, you are flexible and resilient. You have relevant experience to keep
the shop’s operation running smoothly in order to meet the sales budget and maintain the good image of the brand. Other requirements are as below:
- Lead the sales staff according to the company regulation and standard
- Arrange on job training to sales staff in order to provide good service and sell product to customer
- Arrange manpower in an efficiency and effective way
- Keep a good retail POS system operation in order to maintain accurate data to the back end system
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
